As a consultant for more than a decade, he has advised over 200 practices with a specialty in strategic pricing and revenue growth.Known for his servant-leadership approach, Andy believes true leadership is about empowering teams and building systems that serve both people and pets.
A lifelong advocate for veterinary professionals, Andy’s passion stems from a desire to elevate the field to the same level of respect seen in human medicine. Outside of work, he has spent over 20 years raising, training, and supporting service dogs through New Horizons Service Dogs — helping countless dogs become life-changing companions.
